Accessibility Checker is a Google Docs add-on operated from Bogotá, Colombia. Contact: [email protected].

What the add-on accesses

The add-on requests two permissions and no others:

It cannot see your Google Drive, your other documents, your email or your contacts. It cannot open a document you are not actively working in.

What we do with your document

Nothing leaves Google. The accessibility checks run on Google’s own servers, inside your document’s session. We do not receive, read, copy, store or transmit the content of your documents. We never see them.

What we do store

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. We never see or store card details.

Retention and deletion

The check count resets automatically each month. To delete a licence record, email [email protected] and it is removed within 7 days. You can revoke the add-on’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which ends all access immediately.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Children

This is a tool for organisations and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and a notice appears in the add-on sidebar before the change takes effect.
