If Accessibility Checker does not do what this website and our Google Workspace Marketplace listing say it does, email [email protected] within 30 days of your payment and we refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request and we will not try to talk you out of it.
We reply in writing, normally within one business day. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not cut it off early.
The free tier gives you 20 checks every month, permanently and without a card. We recommend using it first so you know exactly what you are buying.
