Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026-08-08

These terms are between you and the sole proprietor operating Accessibility Checker, trading as Accessibility Checker, of Bogotá, Colombia (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Accessibility Checker you agree to them.

What the service is

An automated tool that inspects a Google Doc and reports issues that commonly cause failures against WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What the service is not

Automated checking cannot determine legal compliance. No automated tool can. A document that reports no issues may still be inaccessible. Conformance with ADA Title II, Section 508 or any other law requires human judgement and, in many cases, testing with real assistive technology and real users.

We do not certify, guarantee or warrant that your documents comply with any law, regulation or standard. We report what we find. What you do with it is your decision and your responsibility.

Free and paid use

The free tier includes 20 checks per calendar month. Paid plans remove that limit at the price published on this site: US$19 per month, or US$149 per year. Prices are shown in full before you pay; any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment and merchant of record

Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and Paddle appears on your bank statement.

Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: cancel any time, access runs to the end of the paid period, and full refund within 30 days if the product does not do what we say it does.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. If our licence server is unreachable, the add-on keeps working under the free tier rather than blocking you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any penalty, fine or claim arising from the accessibility of your published content.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent the free tier limits, resell access, or use the service to break the law or Google’s Marketplace policies.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms; material changes are announced in the add-on before they take effect. We may suspend access for breach. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the add-on.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country.
